2. Membership Fees
Group Membership Fee: The membership fee of €25 for access to our group membership services. This fee grants you access to our services for the duration specified at the time of payment.

3. Customized Services
Refunds for Customized Services: If you have paid for customized or requested services, the refund policy for these services will be detailed in the invoice provided at the time of service request. Generally, customized services are non-refundable once the service has commenced or been completed.

4. Cancellation and Revocation

• Membership Revocation: Membership can be revoked at any time by the group admin if a member is found to be in violation of the group rules. In such cases, the membership fee will not be refunded. It counted as -service is done-

6. Conditions for Withdrawal

7. Refund Process
If you withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. Unles if the service has been done, you will not receive any refund.
